About the job Virtual Assistant, Partnerships


Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Partnerships Team, you will be primarily responsible for digital administrative tasks that support our strategic partnerships.

This includes:
  • Perform assigned tasks, efficiently managing and completing them within specified deadlines.
  • Communicate with team members accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support marketing campaign buildout within Hubspot.
  • Update landing page templates with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create lead generation forms to capture relevant data from potential customers.
  • Craft HTML documents from email templates.
  • Create and set up emails and workflows using templates.
  • Order prints from online vendors, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Meticulously populate information across various platforms and documents.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of work.
  • Adapt quickly to handle different tasks and responsibilities as required.
  • Collaborate with the team, taking direction, and providing proactive support when needed.
Requirements:

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual that knows their way around a marketing automation platform, ideally Hubspot, and can quickly pick up the processes that they will be performing on a daily basis. A proven track record of performing administrative tasks and handling digital marketing-related responsibilities. Adaptability is a key quality, enabling them to quickly pivot, learn new tasks, and efficiently meet deadlines. While working independently, they will eagerly take direction, follow instructions, and proactively assist whenever needed. Enthusiastic to learn and perform the assigned tasks, this candidate will be a valuable addition to our team, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and administrative functions to support our partnerships and the core partnerships team.

In addition
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in building campaigns, creating landing pages, lead generation forms, emails, and workflows within Hubspot or similar platform
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle various admin tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with project management tools for task coordination.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with various software tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude to address challenges and adapt to changes in responsibilities.
