As the Shipping & Receiving Documentation Specialist at Aviation Inflatables, you are responsible for the accurate and timely documentation of all shipping and receiving activities. This role involves significant data entry, photographing items, and scanning documents to ensure records are meticulously maintained and accessible. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into the company’s database.
2. Maintain and update records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
3. Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and invoices.
4. Take high-quality photographs of incoming and outgoing items for documentation purposes and ensure they are properly labeled and stored.
5. Scan and digitize shipping and receiving documents.
6. Organize and archive scanned documents for easy retrieval and reference.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Proficiency in computer skills
3. Ability to operate a forklift a plus
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
6. Ability to lift over 50 pounds as needed
