Job Description

Real Estate Appraiser (no previous experience necessary)

• Immediate needs for individuals in Central Ohio with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. 
• Those hired will have the opportunity to embark on a career path in the interesting and fulfilling field of real estate appraisal.
• Applicants must have a reliable vehicle and willingness to work both inside and outside in all weather conditions. 
• Job requires applicants to travel to the site of multiple properties on a daily basis in the pursuit of appraisal related duties.
• Applicants must also be will to work in surrounding counties. 

Starting salary rate is:

• $18.50 per hour. Many benefits, including health care plan, 401 (k), paid vacation and holidays, and reimbursement for gasoline costs. 
• Opportunity for raise in salary after 90 days. 

Preference will be given to those who are energetic, enthusiastic and ready to broaden their horizons.
