Job Description
Mayo Clinic Health System has two full time positions for BE/BC Family Practice physicians (OB optional) in a highly respected, physician led medical center Southeast Minnesota. The ideal physician will work closely with multi-specialty group members and communicate well with patients and colleagues.

Call is twice per month, and is shared with the other 19 providers in the department. There is an average of 18-24 patients per day in a 4 or 4 1/2 day work week. The average in patient volume is about 2 per week. The average number of deliveries is about 25 per year if interested in OB.

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and production incentive, with a one year income guarantee. Mayo Clinic Health System in this city is a multi-specialty group, comprised of 65 physicians, including Family Medicine, Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Otolaryngology, OB/GYN, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology and Urology. They cover a service area of 50,000. The nearest Tertiary Care Centers are the Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, 50 miles away, and the Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 65 miles away.
