Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Advise borrowers on their financial status and the best payment options
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Prepare and file loan applications and necessary supporting documents
- Build and nurture a network of referrals to find new loan prospects
- Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to resolve any issues

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
- Clear, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual skills in Korean or Chinese are a plus (optional)
