Supervisor/Foreman for Large Format Door Installation & Automation Company

We are a leading company specializing in the installation and automation of large format doors and curtain walls, featuring renowned brands such as Nanawall, Marvin, and Cortizo, Etc We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the installation and automation of large format doors.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of installation crews.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman in the installation of large format sliding, lift & slide, pivot, or bifolding doors, or a related field.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with English as the primary language.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
