We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established law firm that serves high net worth clients in the state of California. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex family law cases from start to finish, including but not limited to, divorce, custody, support, property division, and pre/post nuptial agreements. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional client service and maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, marital property division, and post-judgment modifications.
• Represent high net worth clients with complex financial matters.
• Develop and implement family law strategies that meet the client's goals and objectives.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements in a timely manner.

Job Details

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, specifically representing high net worth clients.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience in family law trials.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong legal research and writing skills
