We are seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. About the Role:

This is a remote, employee position (not a contractor role) with flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle a variety of executive assistant tasks, including marketing systems, website updates, managing third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.
Ensure the quality of the customer experience and manage client interactions.
Create and share detailed daily and weekly reports with clients.
Accurately track and report time spent on various tasks.
Attend regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings.

Strong customer service experience and well-developed interpersonal skills.
Familiar with systems like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, and various project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for creating efficient systems and processes.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong grammatical skills and effective communication abilities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant/project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM tools, and project management software.
In-home office setup with a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
