Do you have your Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Resources with experience in a corporate training environment? We have an immediate need for a Corporate Trainer who will help develop and implement training programs across all levels of our organization. This is a fully onsite role (M-F) in downtown Ft. Worth (no exceptions) with some travel (domestic and possibly international).

Job Details

Is your background a fit?
* 1-2 years of experience OR finishing up a Master's degree
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university (non-negotiable) with a 3.0 GPA in Education or Human Resources
* Exceptional SAT/ACT scores
* Passion for education and training others
* Comfortable working with various web and AV applications and equipment
* Consistent employment history
* Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent project planning, operational, and coordination abilities
* Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things quickly
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
* Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years
* Work a 50-hour work week (8am-6pm M-F)
* Available to travel up to 25%

What will you be doing?
* Work closely with multiple departments to understand their training needs and deliver effective training solutions
* Create and improve training materials and documentation
* Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, from new hires to seasoned staff, ensuring understanding and competency in using custom software
* Collaborate with the software development team to stay updated on new features and updates
* Maintain a deep understanding of the software's capabilities, limitations, and best use cases to provide expert advice and support to users
* Administer assessment tools to measure employee proficiency and identify areas for additional training or support
* Provide ongoing support to employees, addressing any questions or challenges they encounter
