Job Description

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an Installer Supervisor for a FedEx project in Atlanta, GA starting Monday May 28th.


Installer Supervisors will be working on their tools and overseeing crews of up to 20-50 installers/lead installers/and foreman installers doing weld up and bolt up conveyors. Supervisors must be able to stick weld, understand & be able to evaluate stick welds, have previous conveyor experience and must have platform experience. They will also be required to read blueprints/schematics, know how to look up specs via manual, train greener employees and work independently. Supervisors with long term experience with conveyors is ideal. It is preferred that Supervisors have a current OSHA 30 in hand. Supervisors will be responsible for turning in time each week for employees, understanding and managing site budgets. Supervisors will be working 50-60 hours per week for 5-6 weeks. Once this job is over Supervisors will move on to the next job. This position is long term and 100% on the road. Pay for this position is $35-$40 and per diem is $120 all 7 days. There won't be travel in but once this job completes travel pay will be paid to get to the next job and thereafter. Travel pay will be paid out at ST rate for total duration it takes to get to the next site, plus milage which is 59 cents per mile, and if travel takes multiple days where employees need to stay over night they will be paid per diem for that amount of days it takes to get to the next site within reason. The distance calculated for travel pay will be determined by google maps.
