Financial Controller

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial health, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage cash flow and cash management activities to optimize liquidity.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to assist in inventory management and control.
• Track and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting and reporting.
• Perform financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and cash management practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
