We are seeking a talented and friendly (Contracted/Booth Rent) Barber to join our senior living community salon. This is a booth rent position that offers the flexibility to create your own schedule and set your own prices. As a Barber, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional barbering services to both the public and residents within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, styling, beard trims, and shaves, to clients of all ages and hair types.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and tailor the service to meet their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming to offer contemporary and stylish haircuts.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic workspace by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
- Utilize the provided barber chair, shampoo bowl, standing mat, and other necessary tools to deliver high-quality services.
- Offer additional services, such as scalp massages and hot towel treatments, to enhance the client's experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation, ensuring a professional and comfortable environment for clients.
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including scheduling appointments, managing payments, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with other salon professionals to create a harmonious and enjoyable experience for clients.

Requirements:
- Valid Barber license in South Dakota
- Proven experience as a Barber, with a portfolio of your work preferred.
- Proficiency in a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques for different hair types and textures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in men's grooming and the ability to stay updated with industry developments.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in delivering haircuts and grooming services.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of salon safety and sanitation practices.
