• Coordinate and manage all transport matters within the organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
• Manage transport budgets and implement cost-saving measures
• Prepare and present transport operational reports
• Manage schedules and routes to ensure effective transport operations
• Maintain transport databases and systems
• Resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety measures are upheld
• Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations
• Answer phones and provide appropriate support and customer service
• Enter service tickets and track progress for repairs
• Track inventory through operations
• Assist with organization and general cleaning around the shop

This position provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Some of the duties include, answering phones, customer service and follow-up, entering service tickets, tracking inventory, organization and other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
